A day in the life of BMX rider Liam Phillips

BBC Sport spends the day with Britain’s Liam Phillips as he prepares for the 2015 BMX World Championships in Belgium on Saturday.

The 2013 world champion discusses his “unbearable” time at last year’s event when he crashed out and says reclaiming the title would be a “dream”.

Phillips is one of five GB riders – with 2014 world bronze medallist Tre Whyte, Kyle Evans, Quillan Isidore and Charlotte Green – taking part in Zolder.

Available to UK users only.

Watch coverage of the BMX World Championships on Saturday 25 July, live on the BBC Sport website from 16:30 BST and live on BBC Red Button from 18:00 BST with a repeat at 20:00 BST.
